Snacks and extras

This section is a compilation of snack recipes to eat between meals, which usually consist of minimally prepared fruits to eat them in a more original or enjoyable way.

The recipes for sauces, dressings or culinary aids that make our dishes rise to a higher level in flavour are also here. We often use these "extras" to make a pre-prepared or reheated or defrosted dish more appetizing, for example. In addition, thanks to them we make the menus more varied and starting from the same dish we can eat it in different ways, making of a week with few dishes something less boring for us.
